Helix Ultimate offers summer camps across Greater Victoria. There are half-day and full-day options for athletes aged 9-14.

Helix offers youth leagues and winter. development programs. 

• September-October: Youth pick up on Sundays from 1-3pm at Reynolds HS. Middle school and High school games. All welcome!
• January-March: Indoor development program out of the ITC in Langford.
• April-May: U15 League

Looking for something to do on a Pro-D Day? Helix offers fun one-day Pro-D hat tournaments. 2024-2025 dates: 

• Friday, October 25, 2024 - Oak Bay turf
• Friday, November 22, 2024 - Oak Bay turf
• Friday, February 14, 2025 - Oak Bay turf
• Friday, May 16, 2025 - TBD

We offer private and semi-private coaching for athletes. During the fall and winter we offer the Victoria Ultimate Academy (VUA) program for junior athletes seeking to refine skills and take their game to the next level. Both private coaching and the VUA include video analysis, data analytics, and functional movement assessments.

Helix Ultimate was founded by Danny Saunders to offer more opportunities for youth Ultimate in Greater Victoria. Danny has coached Ultimate since the late 1990s and is a co-author of Ultimate's  NCCP and Long-Term Athlete Development Program.

Helix Ultimate goal is to help athletes continually grow, build resiliency, and foster community.

Helix Ultimate is proud to have a partnership with the Victoria Ultimate Players Society to run our youth programs. They support a number of great programs for both adults and youth.
